Happy Thursday friends!
T is for Turtle!
I’m super excited to share these ideas I put together for a “Turtle Baby Shower”. These ideas can be used for a Turtle Birthday Party as well.
I made a turtle centerpiece with real Avocados from Mexico. This was the main focus on the table and I placed it right on the middle.
Avocados are one of my most favorite snacks! I make avocado tacos with corn tortillas, guacamole or just eat them plain with some salt and lemon on them…..yum!
I thought it’d be fun to set up this party table outside. It was a beautiful day!
The fun signs and turtle tags are from Desserts & Designs. Thank you Christine! I LOVE your designs!
I set up four green plastic bowls with candy that starts with the letter “T”. So fun right? I love the “Take some turtle-licious treats” sign….so clever!
I don’t really bake, but if I do is never for my parties. I bake for my family on the weekends sometimes. I kept this simple and affordable with some desserts from the grocery store. I purchased “Edwards” turtle pie and key lime pie.
Dress up your desserts by adding some cute tags from Desserts & Designs. It’s all about the little details.
Here’s another look at the table all set up…….
The avocado turtle centerpiece is by far my most favorite thing about this party!
The “Thank you” party favors were mini bottles with apple jelly beans.
What do you all think? Did you like my “Turtle Party” ideas?
Do you like avocados? I have a chance for you to win an Avocados from Mexico Prize Pack (retail value $50). The prize pack will include: a copy of Chef Roberto Santibanez cookbook, Truly Mexican; an I love Avocado t-shirt; a time-saving avocado slicer; and a $10 gift card to an area retailer (grocery store) where Avocados from Mexico are sold.

Thank you friends!
