Super Bowl Party Ideas

Superbowl party ideas 2014

Who is excited for Super Bowl?  Who do you predict will be the bottom 2 teams?  I’m horrible at this type of stuff, but I’m good at coming up with ideas to host a football party….ha! 🙂

First thing to do, get a 6ft rectangular table and put a brown tablecloth over it.  It can be plastic or fabric whatever you have will work.

I decided the centerpiece for the table wasn’t going to be cupcakes, cake or any type of dessert.  I wanted the focus to be snacks, treats and not too much sweet stuff.  I found the “Time-Out Treats” sign as a FREE download over at Dimple Prints…..Yay! Perfect! My 3-tier stand is from Pottery Barn.

I bought mini milky way because is yummy and it matches the table 🙂 I included some of our favorite snacks; peanut butter crackers, pretzels, salty peanuts, cheez-its and I put fritos in snack bags with the free football baggie topper from Dimple Prints.

Who doesn’t love popcorn right?  These adorable boxes are from Party City and the round “Game Day Football” tags are a free download from Anders Ruff.

I used paper bags to put peanuts inside.  Add the round tag from Anders Ruff website….it’s FREE!

I put two adorable football dishes from Party City on the table.  These have sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and raw almonds.  I added the cute football picks from Party City as well.

Instead of desserts, I put some lollipops, football mints and candy sticks for the kids.  I got all these at Party City.

football party for kids

Speaking of kids, I put a small table for them with a few fun things.  I love the turf as the tablecloth and it’s easy to clean.

football centerpiece

I made this cute centerpiece with football cutouts from Party City. I glued them on paper straws and inserted them in the brown ceramic box. I wrapped football ribbon I had in my craft box.  You could use a recycled can wrapped with football scrapbook paper if you don’t have a brown box.

I made green jello for the kids in a green cupcake wrapper.  Found these at Hobby Lobby. I wrapped apple juice with football scrapbook paper.

football necklace

These cool football necklaces can be found at Party City.
