Easy Valentine’s Day Party Ideas

valentine's day party on a budget

I love bringing you cute and simple party ideas you can whip out in 24-48 hours literally! I’m in charge of a Valentine’s Day classroom party this Friday. I pulled out all of my decorations and this practice set up turned out to be a quick one. I think you will like it!

valentine's day parties

Here’s what you will do.  Start out with a red table cloth.  It can be a plastic one.  Buy the heart shaped doilies from the Dollar Tree and lay them down in the middle of the table. They look like a super creative table runner that took you less than a minute to lay down…..ha! 🙂

DIY hearts garland

Make a hearts garland for the wall with these doilies and clothes pins from Michaels.

cheap valentine's dessert

How about these heart shaped brownies from Little Debbie? Yup! on sale for $1.79 for 5 in a box. I put on a white dish from Pier 1 Imports with some pearls from Sweetworks.

chocolate kisses

You can punch some little hearts with scrapbook paper and insert them in the mini Hershey’s kisses. I used a toothpick cut in half and the pointy party goes in pretty easy.  My hearts dish is a find at a garage sale!…..love these finds!

valentine's day candy

Put Valentine’s chocolate in small white dishes so the bright colors pop.
