I love yummy homemade desserts, who doesn’t right? However, I’m not a fan of baking. I enjoy making quick and easy recipes and if they don’t require to use my oven…..well….. it’s wonderful!! I’m on it!
I had the opportunity to create a recipe with one of my favorite cereals, Honey Bunches of Oats. I prefer to buy my cereal at Walgreens! They have it on sale often.
This is such an easy recipe with only 6 ingredients! Done is less than 15 mins for all of you busy women who don’t have much time in the kitchen, like me 🙂
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups cereal
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring honey and peanut butter to a boil. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla and cereal.
- Press into an ungreased 9-in. square pan.
- Chill until firm.
Recipe adapted from Taste of Home.
Does this look so delish!? It’s gooey and you will lick your fingers after every bite…..promise!
My girls devoured the entire plate in no time! I will for sure be making these again. Try them….you will love them.
Enjoy! Hope you like it!
