As most of you know, I am addicted to Zumba. I wish I had more time to go, but do my best to exercise 3 times per week.  I love having a fruit smoothie before my class.  This is a great one that will take you about less than 5 minutes to make. smoothies 2 All you need is ice, fresh strawberries, blueberries and Trop50 Raspberry Acai juice.  Trop50 has the great taste and goodness you expect from Tropicana, but with 50% less sugar and calories and no artificial sweeteners. blend smoothie

  • 1½ cups of ice
  • 1½ cups of ice
  • 1½ cups of ice
  1. Pour all in a blender and blend until you see a smoothie consistency. You may add more ice or water depending how thick or runny you like your smoothies.
