superhero party for less2

Is your little boy wanting a superhero birthday party?  You’ll love this post!  I came up with some super fun, easy and affordable ideas for the perfect party!

I set up this table last Monday for my local Arizona Midday TV segment.

Here are my suggestions/tips:

Pick a solid color tablecloth.

Use clear plastic bowls for your candy and snacks. I got mine at Party City.

superhero desserts table

Find candy that matches such as sixlets, jelly beans, gumballs, etc.  I suggest to mix it up and add raisins, fruit snacks, gum, etc.

candy boxes

I recommend these fabulous labels/tags for the boxes or bags you set out for the kids to put the candy in.

superman cupcakes

Don’t kill yourself baking fancy desserts. Make a quick trip to the store and buy some cupcakes. I put mine in cute wrappers and it just adds that custom look without you having to do anything 🙂 Find the wrappers over at Petite Party Studio.

superhero treats

These rice krispies treats are also store bought. I cut them in half, inserted a lollipop stick, added a little frosting and dipped them in sprinkles. Tied a ribbon on the stick and voila!…..looks fantastic right?!

I made blue raspberry jello shots and garnish with a strawberry…..easy peasy!  Find the plastic shot glasses at Party City.

superhero-snacks

You can set up a tray with chips and crackers to match your theme.

Last but not least, the drinks must match too! This is a very affordable drink and a big hit for the kiddos!

You can totally pull this off for less than $100! It also didn’t take a lot of time to put together…….your guests will be impressed!

What’s your favorite superhero by the way? Mine is Superman! 🙂
