Happy Wednesday friends! I’ve been traveling the past 10 days visiting family and spending time with my daughters as their summer break is over. They started school today! Eek! Time flies! I had so much fun coming up with these cute and affordable ideas to host a “Puppy Pawty” of your own. First, let’s talk about the Pet Invite that inspired this whole theme……
Evite has the cutest Pet Party Invitations on their site. I glanced at all of them but this one caught my attention and I knew I wanted to change the orange for red…. I was quickly inspired to set up a mini puppy party and share my ideas with you!
I typically start out by creating a fun centerpiece if I won’t be getting a cake for the table. I loved making this centerpiece and it took me about 15 minutes….literally! I had all the things on hand so I whipped it out in no time.
I covered a rectangular piece of foam with different ribbons. I covered the top with black glitter. I sell the foam letters in my etsy shop and they are so fun to paint and glitter. I inserted lollipop sticks and voila! there you have it…. a cute and inexpensive centerpiece! You can find the puppy ribbon at Hobby Lobby.
Treats for the table included, store bought mini cupcakes, raisins and some cherry sours….that’s it!…No hassle baking or spending a fortune on lots of sweets!
I put the cherry sours in cute plastic cups from Party City and added some paws stickers. You can get those at any craft store 😉
It’s all about the details my friends! I wrapped ribbon around the raisins and it just adds that “WOW” statement! 🙂
I am no graphic designer and I am always so last minute so I made a trip to Hobby Lobby and found these adorable puppy toppers. I cut some lollipop sticks in half and hot glued them to each one…..Aren’t they so cute?!
The table I used is only 4 feet and I created a fun backdrop alternating scrapbook paper on the wall. Super easy and inexpensive! Took about 5 minutes 😉 A plain black tablecloth was a must and I sell table runners in my etsy shop.
What do you think of my party ideas? Cute, simple, fun and quick to set up but most importantly it’s all affordable! I like to keep things budget friendly!
