Elephant Baby Shower

Hi friends! I had the honor to host a Welcome Baby Shower for my sister-in-law a few weeks ago. She had the most precious little boy ever 3 months ago….his name is Nicolas and we are all in love! I picked out a theme of elephants with blue, white and silver/gray. I loved all the party supplies from Party City!

After getting all the supplies and decorations, we came up with this invite to match….

I loved the different patterns and chevron and polka dots were used throughout the entire theme.

I made the “Welcome Baby Nicolas” banner on the wall and you can purchase one in my etsy shop. I love making banners and customizing the colors for each customer.

I love making these ribbon garlands for desserts tables and I use them at all of my parties! They are so fun. You can get one from my shop as well.

Did you notice how there’s no cake on my table? Yeah!…I had a cake disaster and if you follow me on Instagram, I shared a photo of the cake that was delivered to me. I wanted to die!!! Worst cake I’ve ever seen!

I was glad I purchased this wood elephant at a local Goodwill and it became the perfect centerpiece on the table to replace the cake. I touched it up with blue and gray because it had brown on it and it didn’t match 😉 Isn’t this so perfect?

This 3-tier white stand from Pier 1 Imports is 5 years old and I use it all the time. I actually have two of them because they are so awesome! You should get yourself one if they still carry them or you can find this one on Amazon similar to it.

This stand is super cool to put drinks, snacks and even little favors like I did on here!

I added other sweets and treats on the table and don’t forget popcorn for the kiddos!

You can get a pack of 5 popcorn boxes from Party City $.99 cents! I like deals and nobody else has party for less!

Mini white powdered donuts were a hit!

The silver scoops and sixlets can be purchased at Party City as well. I also found a great deal on candy scoops on Amazon.

And how cool is this plastic acrylic bowl for marshmallows? I got it at Party City and dressed up with ribbon from Hobby Lobby! Cute right? Little details make a big impact!

A good friend of my mom made these delicious cream cheese coconut balls! I will share recipe soon….they are amazing!

I wrapped mini bottle water with scrapbook paper and punched some silver elephants with this awesome Martha Stewart punch!

I also added elephants to the blue paper straws…. I love love how they turned out!

The table is super simple and it’s all about presentation of your treats, snacks, desserts. I like to make it even on each side so it all matches.

The baby shower favors included mini glass jars with blue candy and these cute elephant frames with Nicolas’ photo in them. Cuteness!

We also put these white baby carriages on the table where all the guests ate. They had elephant balloons tied to each one. I sell the baby blue table runners in my etsy shop. I am happy to sell these white carriages. I have 6 of them. If you are interested, email me- atozebranancy@gmail.com.

And that’s it for the decor, food and sweets! But take a look at my beautiful sister-in-law and baby Nicolas!….drool 😉
