Hi friends! It’s almost time to get our kids out trick or treating soon!!!!…. Who’s excited?! I have been dying to style something “Candy Corn” theme and I pulled out my bar cart to get started. Here’s what I came up with and I hope you love it!!….It’s easy and it won’t break the bank…….
Let me tell you that my bar cart is a find from last year on the popular app called Offer Up….have you heard of it? Anyways…..if you don’t have a bar cart, you can shop for one for a great deal on there or you could possibly use a small dresser or even a small 4ft table….those work great too.
My first find and inspiration was this gorgeous candy corn wreath from Jo-Ann Fabrics….. isn’t this sooooo pretty?
I also found these adorable candy corn bows and I added one at each end of the bar cart…
Target has these “TREATS” wood signs for $3!! smokin’ deal!…. I made the bottom piece with a piece of foam so I could raise it up.
This plastic orange cupcake stand is also from Target. I don’t bake but I love finding the perfect desserts for my party ideas. These candy corn cupcakes are from Walmart! I put black wrappers from Hobby Lobby on them.
I also found this Happy Halloween wood basket at Hobby Lobby! It was perfect for the popcorn baggies I found on the Halloween isle 🙂 The candy corn bandana inside the basket is from JoAnn Fabrics.
I drove over to Michael’s to see if I could find cutesy candy corn decor and I wanted to literally pass out when I saw this candy corn centerpiece for 50% off and since it was Columbus Day, I had an additional 20% off coupon….YEAH!
While I was at Hobby Lobby, I saw a pack of plain candy corn cut outs and bought it thinking I’d be doing something with them…..well….. I added acrylic paint on them and fine glitter ….. super easy, quick and cute!!
I put real mandarin oranges on a clear bowl but I drew little faces on them with a sharpie 🙂
I put lemonade in clear cups and added a candy corn sticker with a cute straw from Hobby Lobby.
I love going to the Dollar Tree to find inexpensive candy or treats for the kids…. these cotton candy tubs and candy corn tubes couldn’t be more perfect!
My local Fry’s Foods grocery store had this small mylar balloon and I added it to the halloween basket seating on the ground with my favorite candy bars and treats….. Reese’s, Kit-Kats and Snyders pretzels.
And last but not least…..one of my favorite finds is this ceramic tiered pumpkin from Home Goods…. I freakin’ love it! I simply added some candy corn ribbon around it to tie in the theme 🙂
Throwing matching balloons on the floor makes it so much more festive and it’s a very inexpensive way to dress it up!
What do you think of winning some of this Halloween decor for your own candy corn theme? Leave me a comment and tell me what’s your favorite detail of this bar cart idea to enter giveaway!
I will select a winner on random.org on October 15th! Good luck everyone!
