Valentine’s Day Bar Cart

Happy February 2019 friends! I am here showing my cute ideas to style a bar cart for Valentine’s Day! Have you noticed how lots of people seem to be posting bar cart styling ideas lately? I think it’s because is quick, simple and way more affordable than styling an entire desserts table!

I set this up right on my front porch and I started with the wall. The red heart on the wall is an actual table placemat I bought from Target last year! I love repurposing things around the house and the word LOVE on it is a foam piece I sell in my etsy shop.

This red cupcake stand and store bought mini cupcakes are from Target as well! No need to bake….easy peasy! I bought a pack of foamy hearts at my local Dollar Tree and glued toothpicks on them so I could insert them on the cupcakes……darling right? No need to print or cut anything….yay!

The red heart gummies are from my local HomeGoods. I simply put them on a white ceramic dish…..something you can probably find at Goodwill 🙂

And how freaking cute are these ceramic bowls with hearts on them? It’s a random find at HomeGoods! both of them for $4.99! Score! My kind of deal 😉

For the bottom part of the bar cart, I found the “Love you” plastic red basket and red tinsel garland at the Dollar Tree. The red, white plates and matching napkins were a find at HomeGoods.

I adore this sign I made especially for this cart! I glittered each foam letter and glued it on this piece of wood from Hobby Lobby. It came in natural wood color but I painted it white 🙂 You can buy this sign in my etsy shop.

This is pretty much it my friends! I threw a bunch of white balloons and heart shaped balloons on the floor because who doesn’t love them right? They are inexpensive and a way to make it more festive!

What do you think? Do you love the bar cart styling trend going on right now? I also wanted to share that I found my bar cart on OfferUp….yay for bargains right?!

I hope you all have a fantastic Valentine’s Day! I am working on something super fun I’ve had up my sleeve for over 3 years and is time to take action…..stay tuned!!

Much love!

xoxo,

Nancy
